I havnt been able to see ALL the episodes from the start, but Ive seen alot of them and I must say that this show is awesome. Even though its really light on the action it still manages to hold my attention...thats incredible!

I agree with you somewhat about Al's voice. If you watch more into the series, you'll know why they made his voice like that originally as well. (It's a bit suttle)

I've been interested in this anime greatly since I first heard about it months and months ago. And then hearing about the Square-Enix game made me even more interested. I was going to look for it, free or not, until I found out a few months beforehand that CN was getting it. As newbs like me tend to do, I decided just to wait for that, as it seems a bit more 'authentic' to watch it on TV at least moreso than downloading it for free (which, though I do with things often, it always leaves me with a very 'cheap' feeling; when I'm older, I plan to buy or at least rent all my anime that I can't watch on tv/satellite/etc.)

FMA is not only one of the best Adult Swim-acquired anime I ahve ever seen (and I've seen every single one), but it's so good that I really want to see the sub someday, something that few anime interest me enough to seriously think about. And call me crazy, but something about Al's English voice, where he sounds like Tails from the English Sonic Adventure/etc., is so...fitting to me. And yes, 99% of the time I like sub voices better--and I haven't heard his subbed--but something about it just 'fits' for me oO

The dubbed eps aren't torrented yet, are they?

Why would they do such a thing? Distributing episodes openly like that AFTER a series is licensed and playing on american airwaves is kinda risky. And plus, most people like subbed episodes, so they just use those. (most of the time)

The same reason people torrented Half Life 2
Spoiler:
which I downloaded

12:30/3:30 AM EST on Thursday nights...if you call that night. More like Friday, really really early.

Alternatively, you could find that out using this.

Remember, if you miss a Saturday episode, you can always catch up on the following Thursday, twice.

I really like how Ed and Al eventually fight villians based off of Sin. Like Gluttony, Lust, etc...thats so cool.

Thomas, it is on Adult Swim I beleive, (I forgot), I have dish, so my tv records everything, so I rarely know what channel my shows are on anymore.

And it comes on on Saturday Nights.

And once a week I beleive.

It's on Saturdays with re-runs on Thursdays after the Saturday in question, on twice. So if you miss it on Saturday you can always catch it again.

unfortunately FMA isn't broadcasted in Europe yet, I saw the japanese subbed episodes though. (we here in Europe get the fucked up version because Funimation bought FMA's rights)
