Its readable, which makes it fine. But it could be a LOT better. First of all you really only need one image, the background. Line.png, eh? Ever heard of an hr? Meh, thats fine anyway. And uh, the title could be just regular text, you know, instead of an image. But it does look a little ripped, so maybe thats what you wanted? I dunno, you should spify up "Kario Update" a bit if you want it to look appropriate for a little header like you've arranged.
But in any case, with just a little tweaking, your on your way to decent layout.  |

It has a BG too, it isnt coming up on mine, but it is in my profile and occasionaly on my profile. It is unfinished, I am unsure of what to put on it.... |

It looks unfinished. Like you meant to do something and forgot. It's probably the blandness of the title.
But your text is readable, so it's all good. |

So I was bored. I will probably need help/input for this one, not even sure if it looks right. On the edit layout page it looked wrong, on my profile it looked right. So, I am not sure what will happen here...... |
