Fuentes Julio was his neighbor, and as a matter of fact that was the 1st episode I saw, my favorite too so far. Still can't believe such a old show is so funny. |

I love this show! Grady, Fred's friend, actually had a spin-off, but it bombed. My favorite scene from the entire series is when he meets their hispanic neighbor (Name?)
Neighbor: Buenos Dias, senor.
Fred: And beans and disease to you. |

Redd Foxx was one of the best comedians ever in my opinion. He was great as Fred Sanford and it was funny how he always made fun of white people. I remember when Fred use to always argue with his son, Lamott, and it always ended by Fred faking a heart attack and he said,"I'm coming to join you, Elizabeth!"
It was one of the funniest shows I have ever watched in my entire life. |

I saw it for the first time a few weeks ago sitting in the living room with my mom who was watching TVland, and its hilarious, alot funnier than just about everything else on TV now days, anyone else agree? |
