Nijiru looked over the edge again as he heard someone scream. Turning to Shirley and Wakko, he told them, "I need to go check something out," before he jumped off the edge of the building.
He pulled his wings close to him as he entered the cloud, a glowing katana appearing in his hands as the clouds thickened. Seeing the being that was about to eat Drag, Nijiru whipped his sword at it. |

Drag's grip on the building loosened as it was pulled out of the ground.
Drag: Oh great... I'm INSIDE the cloud too...
Desperately, Drag began to scramble to the top of the skyscraper, when suddenly he felt a strange sensation all around his body, as he was being pulled away from the building.
Drag: Oh s***! It has me!! HELP!
Drag found himself unable to break free of the cloud's grasp, but he had something bigger to worry about... a HUGE mouth-like formation appeared in the clouds, complete with sharp jagged teeth, and kinda like a bug caught in a spider web, Drag was carried closer and closer to it.
Drag: Cripes, I guess I didn't know exactly how fast I needed to go through there to prevent getting caught! *Glances at the mouth formation* HELP! I NEED HELP! |

Something was alive in the dark clouds that cover our earth.. And it saw the groups around the Skyscraper. Of course, it couldnt have this, so a massive amount of cloud began to lift the building out of the ground...

Nijiru shot clean through the clouds and landed on the rooftop. He set the two people he was carrying down before returning to the edge and looking down.

It is a well known fact that at one time, the Almighty Level Four (Assigned to Time Control) Deity known as "Parondomus", who preferred to call himself Parell, created the Continent of Sub-Con by magically enchanting a large portion of the Seafloor to rise around the Time and Dream Crystals. As well as this, Parell created the Sub-Cons to guard the Crystals, and endowed the Sub-Cons, and one human, with the powers of Zeitism, which tapped into Parell's inner powers.
That's probably one of the longer story sections I've done.
Anyway, it's a lesser known fact that the Dark Cloud that surrounds the planet blocks magical rays. Some magics still work, but those that were controlled by Deitys who are currently inhabiting other dimensions do not. As a consequence, the entire Continent of Sub-Con is sinking into the ocean. The Sub-Cons thus, turned to a cheif offical, a master of Zeitism, Kanji, for help. And Kanji... ...well, he's not the best person to ask for help.
What looked like a small red... thing flew up to Imajin. He had white wings, a white mask, and small white gloves. Beat SMB2 for a picture.
Kanji: Imajin, the entire contient of Sub-Con is sinking! Go fix it!
((Wow, tons of background story and one line of dialouge. Oh well.))

Imajin: I felt some sort of... great hatred.. while falling through those clouds, I'd say be careful.. |

All of a sudden, there was a scream above Drag.
Drag: ?
BOOF
Imajin had dropped onto Drag's arm, and was grabbing on for dear life
Drag: Nice of you to drop by! Heh. Bit of bad news, the cloud is right above us, and I have no way of telling if it's safe to just climb through it. You just fell through it, so it may not've been ready for you, but I'm climbing up.

Imajin was at the top of the Skyscraper. It seemed that the clouds had not penetrated this level, and he looked down. Howeverr, he lost is balance and fell, as there was no Guardrails.

"D'oh!" Taffy smacked her forehead when she saw Imajin head for the elevator. Making a mental note to beat her head against a wall after this was over, she made her way into the lobby. I sure hope my friends aren't driving that other guy crazy...and I really, REALLY hope that thing in the sky didn't see them...

"Ow! Hey! Quit it! Sto-op!"
"You totally brought it on yerself, dog-boy," Shirley sang, brandishing her wand. "Now take back the lame joke or I shall keep poking you!"
"No! Never! It was per...fe....umm....you ever get the feeling you were being watched?"
"Huh? What are you talking about?"
Wakko seemed pretty nonchalant, despite the uneasy look on his face. "I dunno. Thought I saw eyes in the clouds....a bunch of tiny little beady ones."

Shifting his grip on Wakko so that he was holding him by one leg, Nijiru held him out in front of himself, within arms reach of Shirley.
With a smirk on his face, Nijiru said, "You now have the right to go nuts." |

Drag: HOLY S*** WHAT'S THAT??
Drag points at two devilish eyes floating in the clouds. No shadow of a body or anything. Just two eyes.
Clouds: Kyahahahahaha! There's no stopping me now! The lands are mine!
Just like they came, the eyes closed, and were gone from sight.
Drag: Hmm... Well, if that isn't a plot point advancement, I don't know what is. Heh, I'm being literal again.
Drag walks close to the skyscraper.
Drag: I'm with Wakko. The cloud isn't letting me fly up there. I've scaled many mountains for fun in the past. I guess this is just another place where that pays off. Dragons are good climbers y'know.
With a large leap, Drag clings to the metallic surface of the skyscraper, and begins to climb upward.
Drag: Last one up is a rotten egg! |

"Uhhh...maybe now would be a good time to point out that I know Nulshock, too?" Taffy shrugged, a little embarassed, waving her Keyblade a bit. "It's not as strong as Shirley's, but hopefully it'll do the job...or at least maybe help it not sting as much when you get struck..." She reached into her pockets and pulled out little bottles of water, offering them to the people still on the ground. "Healing before we go?"
Meanwhile, up in the air...
"Whooooaaa! Coooooool!" Wakko shouted. "Hey mister, is there a movie on this flight?"
Shirley covered her eyes and shook her head. "Ugh. Remind me to hurt him when we get to the top." |

Ultimanium was ready to call Taffy over... but stopped.
Ultimanium: Why am I getting the impression that the storm's TRYING to stop us?
He experimentally hopped into the air, causing a catacylsmic blast of lightning to strike down and torch him on the spot.

Nijiru streched, a pair of black angel wings bursting from his back. He then walked over and grabbed Shirley and Wakko around their waists, lifting them off the ground. With a couple pumps of his wings, Nijiru pulled off the ground.
He told Ultimanium, "I guess I'll see you at the top of this skyscrapper," before he started to fly up along one side of the building, slowly circling the building as he gained height. |

Imajin: Err.. well, I'm going to claim I can drive, and am going to activate the car's hidden feature and fly up over the clouds.... Just to see if the cloud cover has really covered the whole planet.
Imajin jumped in the car, and flew off... Unofrutantely, the care was struck by lightenting, and slammed into a field nearby. Imajin fell out, unconsious. |

"Did someone mention cheese?" asked Wakko, holding a butter knife and an incomplete ham sandwich.
"NO!" Shirley and Taffy chorused. Then Taffy added, "Uh, I mean...well...maybe we should just, y'know, get going...or something. I dunno. I'm kinda new to this adventuring business."  |
