Yeah, it was horrible. And the scary thing is.. if they eventually dub it into norwegian/swedish/danish/whatever, they WILL be dubbing the US dub, and do a horrible job at it too.

OMG, I watched it yesterday and it was absoluetly putrid. They totally butchered it! People may say "hey, it's only a voice". NO!! Voice actors MUST PORTRAY THE CHARACTER CORRECTLY. Luffy sounds like he's got a frickin' diaper rash! This is not a happy admin here. Oh, and for some reason, the OP has a bit of an "urban" sound to it. WHY?! |

Damn, missed it. Prolly wasn't that good anyway. I'll just stick with the manga..when I can find it or get some money. I'll watch an episode to see what it's like though. I don't know if I can wake up early enough, eh depends on when it's on. I could record it. |

Sanji..... My poor, poor Sanji... He's not gonna be the skirt chasing yet loveable cook anymore. Now he's just gonna be some guy who kicks people's asses in a literal sense. What the hell are they gonna do about the sequences between him and Nami? I still say the entire character is gonna be lost because they can't really show kids that kind of thing. |

I've heard the opening, I feel sorry for you guys. Next horrible thing you'll notice is whatever they've done to Sanji (of course, that is around ep30  ). I can just say that the dub has no chance to keep the same mood the original has. |

Yep. It was on today at I think 9:30 or 10:00 A.M. on the Fox Box. And hey, It was better than expected. I was a little iffy about it being on the fox box, but I can put up with it. But one complaint I had was Luffy's voice. Its just..not him...in my opinion.for those who watched it, what are your thoughts? |
