I'm sorry if this is a dumb question, but will CIEW have a "refresh table file" feature?

Having to restart the hex-editor every time I've updated the table file has been a nuisance in thingy.

Yes, Hex Workshop does suck. I have been using it since 1999, and it still sucks just as much as it did then.

Unfortunately, I've not been able to work on this project for quite some time. And my being under heavy emotional stress does not help matters. So I must apologize to everyone for any additional delay which may be a result of the world sucking so damn much.

Hex workshop doesn't suck, but then again, it's not made for ROM hacking .

Good luck with this.

Nice! I've been waiting for a truly powerful hex editor for a while... (Maybe I should make one. )

Wait... Did you say NDS, as in Nintendo DS? if so, that would be cool!

Is it because the NDS uses the ARM/Thumb instruction sets as well?

I just might download it then

Absolutely. Both ARM and Thumb instruction sets for GBA, GP32, NDS, etc. etc.

Hit me if I'm stupid but could it support GBA-style ARM code?

No. It's a console application for a reason.

it would be nifty if this hex editor showed the asm opcodes equivalence to hex O_o ez asm hacking without knowing hte hex-asm conversions

Hey, that sounds nice. If I ever decide to check out ASM related stuff, I might give it a try.

Yay! Finally, a reason to visit DESnet. I've added news of my latest project; a hex editor which I call CIEW. Visit http://desnet.fobby.net/ for more information.
