Did we really have to close this? I think not. There was plenty of activity for this thread even though there might not be an 'official answer' as you put it. No need to go dictator on threads like these. Our main purpose is to promote posting...not demote it.
I was under the impression that he was around 70 or so...but then I didn't take into account how long he might've lived in terms of being a demon. For all practical purposes he could be a few hundred...it would depend on how close a half-demon dog / half-human ages. |

I am sorry for ruining all your fun and stuff, but Inuyasha isn't 66-67. If you look at the other half demon girl (from one of the newer episodes on adult swim she was like 8). Anyways I think that Inuyasha couldn't be older than 20 (mentaliy of course and only if you don't count suspended animation) as if he was older than that he wouldn't be so foolish in the begining of the show. Also you would think that if he was that old he would have recieved the Tetsiga way before he was shot with the arrow. |

gonna have to agree that he's probably 68, I don't think he'd age in dog years, and it really shows in his maturity level that he hasn't aged much mentally. |

I think that during that time he didn't aged at all, in any way. The reason is that during those 50 years, his whole body was in state were he was pretty much dead. |

He's only 66-67. When he was pinned to the tree, he didn't age at all. |
