Dude! Starcraft is on the TI-83+! I found it on google, and it looks pretty awesome. You can only be protoss though. And can only build zealots and Dragoons, but still worth checking out.

megaman was pretty alright, but it's hard to play anything too complex on the calculator.

i'd say that almost no other game beats having Tetris on the calculator. it's practically all i did for 3 years of math class. (it would have been 4, but my link port was jammed freshman year )

Well... here's an archive of tons of games for it...

Basic-Games
ASM-Games

Not sure exactly how the ASM games work on the 83 but the basic games you should be able to load directly to your calculator and play...

I've tried Drugwars long ago (using my sister's calculator), wasn't that bad. While browsing on Google, I saw all kind of games like "Phantasy Star V" and things like that. BUut I'll I do anything wrong on my calculator, I think I'll emulate the games before transfering thems

Still searching for other games thought.

The SMB clone crashed on my calculator, fun... had to take out the batteries.

Hadn't tested so many games for my ti83 plus. Hadn't been bothering, thought I do have a puzzle collection for it.

Ti83 is easy to program too, it uses basic. But the quickest way is programming them in ASM, but then you need a way to start the ASM games.

I made a guessing game for mine, when I had it. It generated a number between one and ten billion, and let you just keep guessing till you got it. Calvin and Hobbes style!

Drugwar is the one that really jumps to mind. We had a Bomberman clone floating around high school when I was still there, and it even had link support. Bomberkids, I think it was called.

Some kid at my old Air Cadet camp had this huge-ass graphing calculator, like the size of a small book, and he had like a dozen different horizontal shooters on it. Bliss.

We would have figured that one out if you didn't post in this thread at all.

Please, watch it with the spam, I've seen a few posts of yours tonight alone, that weren't really needed in the thread.

If you don't have a suggestion to make about a said thread, then don't make it. We don't need to know that you don't know.

Defender I could see working since it's pretty simple graphic/gameplay wise.

The TI-83 isn't super powerful so most games you'll see for it are simple games or text-based stuff. I wouldn't be surprised if there were some arcade ports though - Pac-Man jumps to mind as something that I *MIGHT* have heard about near the end of school.

There were also some other ones. I remember seeing a bad version of Zelda and Mario, one having to do with selling drugs, I forget what it was called. Drug War, maybe? And also Defender.

Oy... I'm pretty sure I used the TI-83 in math in grades 4-5. We were expected to PAY for the damn things too.

I remember two games that ended up floating around - Nibbles and Tetris. Tetris had support for linking.

As the title says, I want suggestions for games. But which system? A TI-83+ calculator I'm really bored, and since I do nothing during math courses.....
