A hammer and a saw.

512 MB RAM, I already have 512 MB RAM but I want the double amount. Mostly becuse I notice how much memory some games take up nowdays.

And if I a afford it, maybe a new graphics card. Space is not a problem as a have a nearly empty new HD now...

I have been planning to build a computer from scratch, but it's too early saying what it will contain. I prboably won't start until next year, and everyone knows how fast things evolve hardware wise.

A USB stick would be nice, if the computer at school utilized the USB port more... but then they have gotten new ones sooo... sending stuff over internet is still the way to go.

Well, I just updated my motherboard (MSI KT4AV), hard drive (Seagate 160GB), and RAM (256MB PC2700), so the last thing I really want is a new CPU. I currently have an Athlon XP 2000+, but my new board is capable of running up to a 3000+. *drool*

I suppose a new sound card would be nice, too, but my current one does what I need it to do. The Sound Blaster PCI512 is practically a Live!, anyway, just without all the bells and whistles...

Thought I'd post something fun in here.... we frequently troubleshoot Wintel boxes around these here parts, so I thought I'd try something different.

What hardware are you itching for at the moment? What is it that you really *want* to have... need to have.. just HAVE to have? You can be as specific or generic as you like in your descriptions.

My hardware wishlist goes a little like this:

* USB thumb disk. Preferably around the 256Mb range. Not too fussy about this, just want something reliable.
* A Digital Camera. Again, not too fussy about this, just something to take my happy snaps with.
* An iSight
* An iMac G5
* The Mouse from MacMice.
* A faster processor for my P4.... and a video card... and most likely a motherboard and RAM while I'm at it, I'm guessing...
* A bigger Hard Drive. Too much storage is never enough.
* One day, a Toshiba Libretto would be kinda cool And with that, a decent PCMCIA Wireless Card.... Senao one maybe
* A big directional wifi antenna fashioned by my adorable Ben-Ben mounted to the roof of my new home, beaming high speed wireless internet... mmm.... wireless.... *drool*

What kinda stuff do you guys want? What is on your wish list?
