Nah, he just posted on the band's new website, so it must have just been a false report.
Can't wait till they tour down here...

Elmo: Last I heard Maxim was still in. Where did you read that?
DR Jay: There's no Keith Flint on it at all |

Well, I downloaded it. It's very good. I'll need to listen to it more to decided whether or not I like it more than FotL though. Spitfire is hella nice. |

Ah come on people, don't say that a new album sux just because you don't like it
I love Experience, Giltred Generation, Fat Of The Land and I also love AO, NO. It's just a matter of tastes. |

Well shit, if I was Liam, I'd probably hate BGaT after... how long has it been since Fat of the Land? Six years? I'd think that they would want to show that they've evolved since then (and quite obviously, they have). |

Keith hasnn't left, he will still dance wirth the group on their live tour. Maxin has left though (the black bloke on "Breathe")
Liam Howlett HATED "Baby's got a Temper", so much he scrapped an entire albumn;s worth of stuff and started afain, hence AO-NO |

Originally posted by drjayphd Yeah, from what I saw, they haven't used nearly as much Keith Flint. Too bad the only thing I've heard off the album kinda isn't on the album anymore ("Baby's Got A Temper").
I thought Kieth Flint had left The Prodigy? |

It's a shame that history will probably forget this album as a disappointing follow up to Fat of the Land, which is what a lot of people will think of it. The problem is simple: How do you try to raise the bar when you can no longer see over it?
AO, NO is very different to FOTL, with more of an electronic feel than the rock driven tunes on the last album. It actually reminds me more of Music for the Jilted Generation. The thing is, the new album is still pretty good. It's a bit loose here and there, and there's not as much aggression or variety, but you'll get something out of it.
Just don't expect Firestarter

Well, it's a different style really. I love both, that's for sure. But AO, NO is damn good. |

Really? I don't see how it could be better than Fat of the Land. I consider that their finest album. But I'll give this one a shot. |
