That's because a free version of QuickBasic 7.1 (or extended as you call it) would be illegal.

I learned QBasic after Visual Basic and some C++, so I had made an entire game on my first day of downloading a compiler and tutorial

I did that too! XD. I also made a fake DOS prompt that would laugh at you with the PC speaker if you would do anything. Good times.

And nope, sorry, I dont' know many good tutorials outside of QbasicNews (do a google search, dammit)... they've got a lot of newbie FAQs (which aren't for newbies after about Ch2 or so )

CMED (my Crystal Mines editor) was written completely in QuickBASIC, so...

Sometimes I'll open up my QuickBasic 4.5 thing and start making stuff. It's fun! =D!

I learned how to do it when I was in grade 4. lol. It's not that hard... >.>
