unless you look for books, the only place i can find tutorials is from sun themselves at java.sun.com
as for alternative languages you can use on a webpage, Java is the only way to go as it is the only language that has applications that run on the internet. I'm not sure about ActiveX but you should NOT touch ActiveX. |

Yeah, I've been looking around the net for Java intro tutorials and can't find any good sites. I'm also if there's a alternitive language I can use on a webpage for making a 2D or 3D GUI (it's for a game, I don't want to use flash). |
