Then go with what A-LOL-r1a said. Mario's palette is the...6th line from the bottom? Can't remembre as I never edit his palette. If you want to be sure, just make sure that a custom palette ISN'T enabled and open up the palette editor. Then change mario's palette via the drop down list to the right. Look for what it changes and then X out the palette editor. Enable custom palette (Only if you want mario's palette to change for one level. If not don't enable custom palette).

Yes, you can animate sprites, but it involves the animation option in LM. Its a confusing process that I just recently learned how to use. I still haven't been able to make any GOOD looking palette animated sprites tho. Just try and make sense of the LM help file part that explains the animations. Also look in the noob thread at the top.

Honestly I don't know why you want a pallete editor. You can have every colors with a custom pallete. Anyway, anyone know if is possible to use animated colors (pallete) to sprites?

You want to load a mario world palette in TileED2000? If so, just open LM and go to file>Palette>Export level/shared palette. Then load this file in TileED2000.

i guess you want to edit palletes...????
if so, go to level>>>enable custom palete and then start editing.
