The game only came out last month actually... maybe the admin was deleting the freeware version of the game? (Same name minus the NHL in front of it.)

I saw this on the school's computers before. It doesn't work because the administrator keeps uninstalling it.

Sega Europe didn't create the game. Sports Interactive, best known for the Championship Manager (now to be called Football Manager come December) soccer management series came up with this one. Sega's just distributing it.

The game bases itself around the NHL. That league MUST be active, but you can choose as many other leagues as you want - the CHL, Russia, Sweden, etc.

I've... played the game somewhat. Waiting for the 1.02 patch to be released (which fixes up most issues) but I may yet purchase it when Sega releases it in North America next month.

Dear sweet Jesus.

I was just looking for some hockey games to play. You know, being a Canuck, I enjoy my hockey. So I Googled up Oshawa General's Video Game. And...

Sega Europe managed to create a game that bases itself around the Canadian junior leagues, and includes a second-tier team like the Gens. You see, I've never seen this in a hockey game, this sort of comprehensive cataloguing of teams (THE SUDBURY WOLVES!). It also includes teams from out West, Quebec...And France. I didn't know that the French had a national league, but they do...Nor the British.
