You want to know the saddest thing about this is?
Majority of people only know him through the Chappelle Show. Ask anyone to name a song of his besides "Super freak". And I bet 90% of the people who are sad to hear about his death can't answer.

That really is a shame, too. I wonder what a friend of mine will think? He used to mimic Dave Chapelle's "Rick James" sketch constantly... And I liked that MC Hammer song, it's interesting to know he co-wrote it. |

Rick James, died.
Well that sucks. Wasn't that old either. Just middle aged really. He made some bad ass music too. I wonder if Chappelle will say anything about it.
