idea: Pokemon difficulty!
Boost all levels up by 10!
Lv. 15 starters!
And make all Pokemon stats emphasized!
For example, make strengths 10 times better and weaknesses 10 times worse!

I think he means, "How do you make legendaries into starters?"
And to do this, you have to use a program to change the starters. There's a bunch. Them Germans have a lot of stuff...just...don' come cryin' to me if ya don' understand one of the error messages!
You also could use hex, but I wouldn't know how. And that is irrevelant to puttin' Rayquaza into the Title Screen.

I Tried dat with Ruby & Sapphire adding the Emerald Rayquaza,Or u mean adding the rayquaza battle sprite?
It's imposiblee to add Rayquaza to Ruby or Sapphire since the 3 versions have their title screen coded DIFERENTLY....
Like Sapphire has the half of kyogre,So it would add mirror efercts,And rayquaza won't fit.PERIOD then on Ruby it's impossible because it won't fit because of the empty spaces,And in ruby you would have to make it 50% to 80% littlier from the Original image,Because it won't fit and it's impossible to add it in the middle,Only on the left.PERIOD,If u want to add battle sprite rayquaza just extract it from pokepic,Color the green background into white and then make the image Black And White.Delete Groudon,And add Rayquaza.At the down right corner but NOT where the white to black color scale is. |
