Looks really very nice, I like the new/shaded doors; also the tileset used for Brinstar; despite the new color pallette (Brinstar was kinda very 'blue' though and even in Super Metroid that was reused  ), I like it; interesting layout and new GFX, like the more fitting energy units which can be picked up  |

Wow, the palette looks great. Colorful, and alienish. Its perfect. Also, the total sprite edit of Samus is an awesome edition.

Those look a lot like Geminiman's stage from Megaman III. Nice choice... I love Metroid. |

KP9000, those look really nice. I could easily imagine some really nice hacks using those graphics (heck, the game would be fun to run through again using this new look!).
How about editing the numerals to match the traditional-futuristic letters? |
