OOC:Fine if you want to play that way we'll keep battling. Oh and the reason my weapon can keep coming back is because of the mystical stones it the handles making it so I can control them with my mind.
Dameon contiues to charge his attack so it keeps getting stronger and stronger.

OOC: Where exactly does it say you have to take a hit every three attacks? It says if you have a good reason for dodging, then you can dodge. I've thoroughly explained every single action I've made in this entire fight, every maneuver I've made has had detail to it, and every dodge I've found a reason for. You just recklessly attack me with uninventive ways of fighting (stab, slash, stab, slash, stab, and slash....) that are easy to figure out and work around. Not only that, but halfway through the fight you randomly gained magic based on another character you made on another board, and have lost and regained your weapons so many times I can't count them. You've used what you call "Magic" to basically mimic my style of fighting (that of a remote weapon that the character controls), and have been incredibly cheap yourself (read: INVISIBILITY). Plus, if I did take a hit every three attacks you made, I'd be dead in a second, considering all the times you've aimed for my vitals. Why don't you read the rules yourself, or better yet ask the people who made them, and see if I'm breaking them? If I am, I'll stop the fight, take the warning, and gladly accept that you were right and I was wrong.

None of my attacks have ever hit you and by the rules you have to take a hit evry three attacks.

OOC: Hold it, before you use that Spirit bomb attack, how exactly was I breaking the rules? I don't know how I am. The thing is, since you were in melee range, I guess I automatically assumed that my area effect attack would hit. Sorry. The attack's real intent would be to make Dameon covered in dirt and thus visible, leveling the playing field a bit, but it wouldn't actually cause harm to Dameon (the attack was far too unfocused). Janus' specialty is using his techniques in unorthodox ways, it's the ability that makes him stand out. As for the hammer thrust, the physics of Janus' hammer are kinda weird. He doesn't exactly HOLD the hammer so much as suspend it with his thoughts, so it moves much faster than one would think it does. That's his element of surprise. He can wield the weapon much like a kensai (IE Rurouni Kenshin if you've ever seen the anime) wields a katana, because he can move it so quickly. I just wanted to use an unorthodox weapon, since a lot of people use swords and stuff. And plus, something that heavy moving that fast is bound to hurt. As far as the open side goes, Janus is a character based entirely on speed, he's got low physical strength, but his attacks still manage to hurt because he moves the hammer more with his thoughts than his hands. Thus, the thrust that he made could easily be turned into a horizontal slash toward Dameon (who, by stabbing at Janus would make his relative location, all that is needed for a counterblow that doesn't even have to hit, quite obvious) in order to make sure Janus doesn't have a shiny new hold in his stomach. It was purely a disruptive blow, meant to make sure you don't kill me. I'm not cheating. Cheating would be teleporting out of the way and instantly cutting your head off with a blunt object, which I would rather not do. Also, accusing me of being cheap is awfully big talk coming from someone who just made himself INVISIBLE.

"You are totally incorrect I am over here I don't know what you sprayed dirt on."
Dameon, realizing that his opponent wasn't following the Simbattle rules, decides to play that way to. Dameon begins to charge, while being invisable...

OOC: The thrust was more of a punch than anything else, a hammer is actually an excellent weapon to thrust with.

The thrust, in fact excellently maneuvered, quickly turned into a spinning hit to the side as Dameon's sword was struck by the hammer, which moved like a katana, only with a large, heavy head.

Janus: "NEVER EVER misjudge an opponent's speed, fellow."

Janus leaps high into the air a second time, preparing his Earthquake Diver technique! When he hits the ground, however, instead of directing the earth in one direction, he sprays dirt out everywhere, including on Dameon.

"And as much as I think it's a cheap move, being invisible won't exactly save you from me."

Dameon, noticing that a hammer is a bad thing to thrust with, merely sidestepped out of the poorly maneuvered thrust of Janus's hammer. Since Dameon has some time on his hands, and has a lot of strength recovered, he brings out a potion of invisability and drinks it.
Since Dameon is now invisable, he unsheathes his mystic blade, which is visable, and stabs at the side of Janus, which is open because of how slow the thrust was, and the resheathes his sword becoming entirely invisable again.

As a sliding tackle implies being on the ground, Janus' back was not there for Dameon to stab. Rolling to the side and windmilling up from his last attack, Janus calmly bats Dameon's sword to the side with his hammer and follows up by thrusting his hammer at Dameon!

Dameon jumps and flips over Janus. While still above Janus Dameon throws his sword down right at Janus's back. After landing Dameon dashes into Janus's back and attempts to stab...

OOC: I know, I'm just joshing you.

Janus: "Too many stabs, my friend. They're getting easier to dodge by the minute."

Janus slams his hammer on the ground, propelling himself beneath Dameon's stab and into a sliding tackle!

OOC: It is just a name. Damn!
Dameon, noticing that his opponent jumped out of the way, rolls on his sholder turning him around so he faces Janus. Dameon is barely able to get his sword up in time to block.
While blocking Dameon brings out his other sword and stabs at Janus's chest.

OOC: An ion is an atom that has acquired a net electric charge by gaining or losing electrions. Considering most ionic reactions occur on the subatomic level, they really won't make a very effective shield. Also, what element are we talking about here? There's no such thing as an "Ion" in its raw form, you need an element to attach the ion to.

Frontflipping over Dameon's foolhardy rush, Janus recalls his hammer as he lands and swings it at Dameon's back.

"Hahahahaha."
"I activate Ion Barrier."
A blue sheild comes up and reflects Janus's attack right back at him, but since Janus moved his hammer was sent away.
Dameon grabs his sword and dashes, by using magic, at Janus and stabs.

Janus blazes upward from the earth and rears back in midair...

Janus: "Hammer Throw!"

Winding up for a split second, Janus lets his hammer go flying at Dameon, not letting up on his assault. As he lands, he runs toward Dameon hoping to catch his hammer and take a second swing at Dameon, assuming his first attack doesn't miss.

Dameon is unable to see anything becase of the dust. But he falls barely to the right of the attack tht was done to him. Dameon hits the ground hard. The angle that he hit at hurt his right arm and shoulder. Dameon pulls potion from his sash and drinks it. The potion was a potion of half life.
Effect of potion: Returns person who drinks it's life up by half of his original attack.
Dameon is now at 80% strength.

Janus immediately adopts an offensive and defensive stance, spinning into his tornado technique the instant he sees Dameon throwing his daggers. The daggers are swatted away as Janus spins, and Dameon's kick to the head is stopped by the force of the wind that Janus emits. Unless Dameon can fly, both fighters are falling, as opposed to just Janus. As he falls, Janus turns his tornado downward and screams into the earth, kicking up a wall of dirt headed straight for Dameon.

"Earthquake Diver!"

As Janus is coming up Dameon throws two daggers and brings his swords up to him as he falls staight down. When he is right above the incoming hammer attack he kicks Janus's head pushing him down and sending Dameon up...
"That is my job."

OOC: Stabs to the chest are straight forward attacks, if I move to the side that constitutes a dodge. Obviously I couldn't complete my attack, so I sacrificed an attack on you to save my chest.

Dameon appears to have forgotten that Janus' hammer was inside the tornado as well, keeping it intact. The hammer bats the sword out of the way as it flies inside, still spinning around. Suddenly, the tornado stops, Janus lunges forward to grab his hammer, and jumps upward parallel to Dameon, delivering an upward slice followed by a downward smash! As a side note, dodging in the air is relatively difficult, and from what you appear to be doing, you don't have a weapon to parry with. Good luck thinking your way out of this one.

Janus: "You seem to say that a lot."

OOC: what about my stab to your chest?
Dameon realizing that he was going to be hit has his sword fly into the tornado, you'll see in a minute. All of a sudden everything goes slow motion, as if on the matrix, Dameon jumps straight up and begins to fly out of the way. Right as he jumped he sent his sword out of the tornado and it shot directly at Janus, the sword was spinning of corse so Dameon used his magic within the blade to straighten it out, The speed of the sword was so great that the sword was almost invisable.

"Bring it on..."

Janus: "In the dark, in the dark, in the dark. Everyone's always standing in the dark! Let's get some light in here!"

Breaking a disc open, Janus reveals a torch from Morrowind and sets it in the ground, illuminating the area. All around him torches flare up as the area, a clearing in a jungle surrounded by torches (a la Survivor), is revealed.

So yeah, no tunnels here. Anyway....

Janus: "Gladly!"

No front movement, no back movement, that'd leave Janus moving to the side. And damn, does he move! Showcasing a degree of speed that Dameon had not seen in Janus previously, Janus buffers into his movements a near-instant execution of his Tornado attack, leaping out of it and sending it at Dameon in almost no time. At this range, Dameon won't have much time to get out of the way, but of course Janus has that covered. Dashing ahead of his tornado, Janus runs behind Dameon and delivers a roundhouse kick in the opposite direction of his tornado's spinning, meaning that if Dameon gets caught in the kick (which is delivered just below his waist, making it a bit hard to simply duck out of the way), he'll have to deal with the Gs of Janus sending him one way and the Tornado sending him the other.

"Hmm, death blows already, and we're only a few minutes into the real fight. You don't like to mess around, do you?"
