Oh, but is the checksum algorithm universal for all games or does each game have a different one? |

Wow, PSX save hacking. I haven't done that yet. Is it very different from normal save state/SRM hacking? |

New board, so new thread.
If you would like a custom save file for Final Fantasy Tactics, this is the place to request it. I can put almost any character into your party for you, even ones who never join you. You can get some ideas by checking out my FFT Save Hacks page.
Please note that all saves will start you at the first possible save point in the game, at Gariland Magic City.
Here's the information I will need to make your save, followed by two examples:
Name, Character Set, Class, Secondary, Reaction, Support, Movement, Gender, Sign, Weapon, Shield, Armor, Helm, Accessory.
Note that you can leave the following items empty if you don't want anything there: Reaction, Support, Movement, Weapon, Shiel, Armor, Helm, Accessory. Also, sometimes Character Set will determine your Class. If that happens, I'll let you know.
Here's Example 1, Olan: Name: Olan Character Set: Olan Class: Astrologist Secondary: Item Support: Defend Gender: Male Sign: Sagitarius Weapon: Battle Dict Armor: Clothes Helm: Leather Hat
As you can see, he has no Reaction or Movement skills, and no Shield or Accessory, so they aren't mentioned.
Here's Example 2, Skelric: Name: Skelric Character Set: Generic Monster Class: Skeleton Secondary: Blood Suck Reaction: Hamedo Support: Gained JP Up Movement: Teleport 2 Gender: Male Sign: Leo Weapon: Broad Sword Armor: Clothes Helm: Leather Hat
This will make a Skeleton monster named Skelric. I did this for Halloween.
If you want to have your weapon in your left hand, please let me know by using Weapon: Dagger (Left). Otherwise, I'll default it to the right hand.
Finally, if there are any skills or spells you want to have, please let me know, and I'll add them as best I can. |
