Ok!
Glad to hear DES is still alive. Hope so see it active in the (near) future. Same goes for Challenge Games and TEK hacks. Hope to see some great new releases by those groups in the future.

Sorry, I'm bogged down with work that isn't paying much of anything. Anyway, the new host is ready, I'm just not able to service the site to get it fully running on the host. |

Rom hacking groups always suffer the weirdest problems... 
Right now, rom hacking as a whole seems to be dying, only people who are active with it seem to be pokemon kids and smw newbies. And then DD releases a SMB3 mutilation (but it's a GOOD mutilation.  ) and then the kids want to copy him. Hmm... is it only the kids? Hehe, the newbies are always so afraid of hex editors. 
Anyway, DES has a new host (supposedly), but it's not ready yet. My editors are on zophar.net though, so that's fine I guess.
Edit: I'm not saying trying to copy DD is bad. I'm just saying you have to admit that there are a few newbies that try to mimic him, but don't do that good of a job. |

If/when DES does come back, I hope it can get back to the level of activity that it was at in its heyday.
It seems as though all of the major ROM hacking groups are in a coma though. |

Ok!
It has happened...seems like DES is gone foregood. I was wondering, what has happened to all of the DES hacks and utilities? Are they hosted somewhere else or should I offer some little hosting space for them? |
