GT London required a copy of GTA 1 to run. It's an add on disk, or a patch, or whatever, but it's not stand alone 
I think Bittersweet Symphony wil be used in the ads for GTA an Andreas, especially over here, I can visualise it now, carnage with that nice string sample.....

Wasn't GTA London a stand-alone release?
In theory it would just be GTA 1.5 or something like that if it was the case. |

I never played any of the earlier GT's. Maybe I should. I only played was Vice City. I think the older ones had too many bugs or something or they'd most likely get me dizzy. |

Isn't Bitter Sweet Symphony a little... Pleasant for a gang ride in LA? I have two theories:
1) Rockstar North are britpop freaks
2) They wanted to do what Richard Ashcroft does in the famous video in a car  Hell, that's mostly waht GTA already is, barging other cars out of the way  |

If GTA London wasn't an expansion pack, what was it?
Why would GTA:Brit City be stretching it, it would give "the Getaway" a run for it's money, also, don't forget, the GTA Series is originally British |

Rockstar still have their old site for GTA2 up

Close enough, actually, at least Vice City was. I remember playing that game and I was like, "wait a minute, I've been down that street!" The names were changed, but I knew what they meant. And you can tell that's South Beach.  |

Oh man, I tore shit up in GTA2. That was hot. I still have that game, but I don't think I ever beat it. It was too tough getting around, and the cam angle prohibited all my vision. |

I have played San Andreas in GTA, in the orginal GTA. (The orginal GTA features also Vice city and Liberty city...  )
I wonder what the next one is going to be, maybe they are going into the bleak future concept as GTA2 had (the cities weren't based off real cities in GTA2...)
But there won't be any custom made songs? Like there was for the old GTA games? (I have only played the bird eye GTA's...)
I still remember the fuzz around the first GTA, now it's nothing compared to the later ones. I gotta buy one of the 3D ones. |
