Unlike many games for the predesesor systems, Snes with R-Type, Super Ghouls and Ghost etc...
If you ask me, we need more games as hard as this one. |

I was stuck at that place for awhile, and those damned bugs in that secret room were pretty annoying. 
Hopefully it's not spoiling it ...
But there are 16 Chapters in the game, so your pretty close to beating it, although it does get much harder around Chapter 10 and up. |

My biggest problem in Shinobi was falling off of stuff, and that not a problem here so I think ill manage to beat it. Im on chapter 10 right now and I just figured out what to do with the statue of the water goddess, so i might finish it this weekend. |

This has got to be the best 3rd person game I've ever played, next to the MGS games, if not better?
Yes this game is hard.
Normal Mode -This makes Shinobi look incredibly sissy.
Hard Mode - I'm going to shove my foot straight into that fucking TV.
Very Hard - Welcome to Hell.
Although it is an extremely hard game, it's fun! You'd die plenty of tmes, and go back for more. For me it never really seemed frustrating, other than fighting 2 worm bosses at once, it was just freaking hard but made you go back for more because the gameplay is that damn good! |

Ummm, but the enemies in this are hard...
Unlike Shinobi which just had poor ass level design. |

To all the people who say this game is the reason they wish they had an X-Box I say this:
You are correct in wanting one.
This game alone makes owning an X-Box a GLORIOUS thing. Best ninja game ever? Yeah but most importantly this could quite possibly be the best action game. Ever.
And this game is HARD! Kick ass hard though, not frustratingly hard. Did anyone fight those tanks? Fucking fuck! Now that's some fast paced action. |

Most people say that, but don't forget about Fable, Sudeki, and Advent. Those 3 are looking pretty nice...
Specially Advent, if you haven't heard about it, you have no right in bashing the Xbox.
Even though I still like Nintendo the best. |

Remember what you just said when you get to chapter 11 or higher.
I just beat this game, and I'll just say it has one of the most unexpecting dramatical scenes since Aeris's death. Yes this game has a great storyline. |

I'm on Chapter 14 now. (Been playing it non-stop almost) And damn this game just pisses you off, but it's like ... you can't stop playing. It's just fun to play, and I'm just wanting to beat the game and unlock the extra features and weapons.

I think Im on Chapter 10...I stuck in some sewers with a statue of a water goddess which I have no clue what to do with...the monsters arent given me a problem cause Im a ninja master....i just cant find a place to put that damn statue! |

I been playing this gem and I got frustrated with the first boss. He seems to wipe the floor with me everytime. I don't even think Shinobi was that hard. I never finished it though, I buy too many games at once. The graphics are very nice and I like the controls. I want to unlock the original so I can play it on my TV again. I need to start playing this again, but MGS: TTT is taking up my time right now. |
