Schwa

Schwa turns away, and wavers out of existance.
As he flies on a crystal disc back to the Crystal Psipalace, Schwa says to himself, "I need more control over my emotions. My next mission is to find someone who can help that... preferably one of the hidden Oracles or something like that..."
But deep down, Schwa's pride is badly hurt by this episode. |

"Maybe I should think of who I am talking to before I offer help."
Nijote seemed to disappear all at once. Her very presence seemed to be gone.
"Good I wasn't ready to continue the fight heh."
Luke fell to the ground asleep. He had no energy left so he slept away as he barely won the match, and he didn't even win it by using power. |

Schwa looks at Nijote. "Overcome Sensae? That's impossible, mostly because it's disrespectful as long as he's alive. No thanks, Nijote. Luke wins because I forgot my honor. Congratulations." Schwa holds his hand out to Luke, seemingly happy that he won instead of Schwa... |

"I can't believe you let that happen. You should have overcome your master by now."
Nijote said this as she walked around him. Luke finally got to where the other people were and almost collapsed, but stayed standing.
"You can still fight though. You have that electricity power you were talking about."
Nijote stopped circling and reached inside her cloak. After a minute or so she brought out a potion that seemed multi colored.
"You could use this if you wanted. It will put you at the point so you will have enough mana to end the battle. Of course this isn't really a victory if you don't continue the fight as your sensea interfered." Nijote then said somethig under her breath, "Good thing I can't find that Psi Palace I was hired to kill him a while ago..."
"Come on Schwa take the potion I want to finish this."
Luke seemed to recover as he waited for Schwa to decide. the usefulness of youth was truely helpful. |

"I wasn't striving for power. Sensae overloaded my mind. I'm out of mana now. He said to me, "If this battle has become more than a sparring match, you are not fighting with honor. Good vs. Good should never be more than a light spar." Then, bam! I felt my powers go out of control as my sensae burned away all my mana at once. See?" Schwa holds a hand up, but it doesn't cloak with ether. "I'm sorry, Luke, but I can no longer fight." |

Nijote heard the yelling and walked back to where Schwa was.
"Schwa you should have known that if you drive for to much power bad things can happen. I know you have met both Dark Pheonix and Star. Look at the sacrifices they have to make to be so strong. You should go back to the psi palace and train some more. Then maybe we can fight again."
Luke was finally able to move again and slowly made his way to where Schwa and Nijote where. He still felt so weak, but he didn't want it to end like this.
He yelled out to Schwa, "Niether of us have lost yet... Lets finish this battle." |

This energy overflow lasts quite a while, then stops just like that. Schwa crumples to the ground.
Then, Schwa can be heard yelling something... "WHAT?! Sensae, how could you allow it to happen? I may have made a mistake in honor, but you didn't have to make that happen!!!

Luke was terrified as he tried to back away, but he stumbled and feel down. Luke started to faint and he realised how tired he was. He was barely holding on and felt horrible.
"I can't move... Is this the end of me."
Nijote had been whatching the battle since a little after Schwa's power increased. She had taken the chance to save Luke from the power. She turned around and whatched Schwa as it looked like he was trying to get control.
"Well Schwa actually you won. Luke defeated himself when he play the Epitath of the Bard song. If he didn't play it he could have thought of a stratigy. Untill next time Schwa."
Nijote left Luke about half a mile away thinking he would be safe there. |

Luke hears a telepathic voice. "You're right, but I no longer can control that. Alpha Gamma Omega was too much while I was in full power. Consider this battle your win. Save yourself! I just need some time to cool off! Get outta there!!!" The ether continues to expand, and the air starts getting hotter as well. Luke can hear Schwa screaming inside, "Cool down! Cool down!" |

Luke randomly jabs into the ether in hopes of hitting Schwa. Luke notices the quick goblin and wonders what the thing was doing still alive. Luke had become worried as he didn't have much energy left to survive another strong attack.

Schwa does a rapid-spin while coated in rainbow ether to defend himself from the jab. Then, the ether around him starts to overflow.
"Let the love of the psi warriors overflow and conquer!!!" Schwa seems to have lost control over his power... but it remains a mystery whether or not he has... psi warriors usually have excellent control over their power. There's so much ether around Schwa that Schwa's body cannot be seen. It's emitting an aura of piercing light.
The Quick Goblin, who's been sitting out with nothing to do, gets frightened and runs off in panic. |

Luke raises his flute in time to block the blunt of the attack, but the force made his knees buckle and he almost fell down. Luke tried to jump up and jab the flute into Schwa's stomach.

Schwa continues to stay completely still as Luke charges. Right when Luke is a foot from Schwa, Schwa leaps straight into the air and attacks from above with an ether-coated fist to the back of Luke's head. As he attacks, he yells,
"Honor Strike!!!"
This blow does more damage than any of Schwa's normal melee attacks.

Luke was still standing after the attack, but he didn't seem to be hit at all. Then the dust cleared more and the wyvern had taken the full force of the attack. It had stopped the attack from finishing Luke, but at the cost of the last of its energy. The wyvern who had returned for the sake of protecting Luke vanished. Luke could finally moved and stared in disbelief.
"I can't believe it. I thought I desummoned you... Thank you, now I will win.!"
Luke charged Schwa hoping that he was vulnerable after such a consuming attack. |

As the song is played, Schwa whispers another verse.
"Sensae, give me the concentration I need
To finish the attack.
Do not let a song defeat our bond."
After saying this, Schwa seems unaffected by the song (at least for now). He's finished charging up. His whole body flares with glittering, silver ether as he stands up, and fires off an incredible attack...
"Alpha Gamma Omega!!!" (epic blast)
Schwa's attack consists of a combo of three phases. The first attack, Alpha, fires a red laser from Schwa's palm, reaching Luke in a tenth of a second. This does a little damage and reduces the target's armor. The second attack, Gamma, fires spiritlike flows at Luke, which home in on him and prevent him from moving when they hit. The last attack, Omega, fires an energy beam as wide as Schwa into Luke, doing unbelievable damage (increased further due to Alpha's effect). This is Schwa's strongest attack.
After the Attack, Schwa stands very still and stares at Luke, wondering if he made it out of the combo alive... (Schwa never kills his foes in battle, though.) |

OOC A really powerful summoned dragon from the Final Fantasy games. He was the most powerful in 4.
Luke couldn't think of anything he could do against Schwa now. His attack just seemed to stall him and even though he could keep it up forever the explosion from the collision would eventually stop him.
"I can't believe this..."
Luke played another song as he started to reliese he didn't have much of a chance. The song made everyone and everthing around a little tired and then sleepy. Luke watched hoping that Schwa would be put to sleep so he could think of something. |

OOC: Who's... Bahamut?!??
Another attack collision, and another awesome explosion! Schwa doesn't seem to tire out one bit. In fact, it looks like he's actually gaining energy. "You're a great fighter, as you are not evil, but you cannot compete against the love the psi warriors share in their eternal bond! Together we can break worlds to accomplish our tasks! And best of all, we're fighting for good! If you don't battle with all the virtue, respect and honor you can muster, there's no way you can win!" With that, Schwa kneels again and looks at the ground while holding his fist in the air. His ether turns silver this time, and Schwa's body starts to glow brighter. It looks like a version of the attack he was charging up for a moment ago, only this time he's able to pull it off, even with the Ephiath of the Bard in effect. This time he's got every psi warrior in the Etheral Dimmension sending him their power, giving him the ability to concentrate even in this severe condition. |

OOC No it was more the will of Bahamut was powering the attack and Luke only switched so he could talk.
Luke did the opposit of Schwa as he backed away trying to play Bahamut's hum again. The song reverbirated from the distancce and seemed to come back alive before Luke had the chance to finish it.
"I promise you will not win."
Lots of energy from the collision was still in the air and Luke knew both he and Schwa could feel it too. |

OOC: I didn't understand your last post very well... I think you attacked with Bahamut's Hum with your harp and it became more powerful, or something like that...
The ring and the energy blast collide and create a cataclysmic explosion, cancelling each-other out. When the dust clears, Schwa makes his move. "Alpha Psibeam!!!" (echo effects) Schwa fires his Alpha Psibeam again, this time bigger, stronger and quicker than before. He follows up his attack by running toward Luke, right behind the arc of light. His hands are blazing with rainbow ether; one can feel the holy aura it emits from quite a distance. |

Bahamut's Hum seems to come alive as the beam approaches as if accepting a challenge. Luke switches over to the harp and continues to play the song. The blast seems to be full of Bahamut's power and almost as if it is the king of dragons himself.
"Schwa I won't lose either!"
Luke continues to play as this song and the Epitath of the Bard mingle together in the back ground. |
