JONWIL!!! YOU'RE... NOT... DEAD...

Uh...

What? I think it surprised us all, hell, I'm surprised no one else posted this.

if you want to, go ahead and release this (including the source code).

Actually, I modified the source code and sent it to him to recompile, so that shouldn't be a problem.

Eh? Since when is Blocktool under the GPL? If it were, I would've fixed the *tiny* description fields long, long ago.

Can you still use blocks that aren't on the last page with that, though?

Probably not, so long as it didn't crash any systems or something. But it doesn't personally mean much to me, I think I only have about 6 or 7 blocks in use currently.

I submitted a Block Inserter hack to jonwil that mostly fixed the slowdown problem (as long as your custom blocks were all on the last page), and he recompiled it and submitted a copy to me for bug testing. However, I never actually got around to testing it, and now jonwil has vanished off the face of the Earth once again. I wonder if he'd mind if I leaked it?

As long as we're talking about custom block-related bugs, anyone ever get around to fixing that slowdown?

Hmm, I've never noticed this before (but I hardly ever use turnblocks, so that's probably why)

Hmmm, interesting... Anyone know what might cause this (Im clueless )

Well... this is an interesting bug to say the least.

This is *not* a bug that will cause too much trouble, you can avoid it in a simple way, i'm making this thread just to warn the ppl to avoid this bug, which takes some time to notice.

The bug is: if you place the smashable brick form smb3 at the side of a turn block, and then if you hit the turn block and then hit the smashable brick while the block is spining, the turn block will keep spinning 'forever', so avoid it when possible
