Try pressing F9 to save your map16 files.

Okay... you hit F9 to save, after assembling the tilesin 16x16 editor... Then you built the level from the direct access map16... and saved the level

You playtest in emulator, and it still doesnt work...

Are you SURE you hit F9 to save your work?

Edit: Oh, are you loading your level from a saved state? That might be the problem there.

I dont know why! every time that i use them they save, i can re-open the level and there they are, I mean i dont know what the problem is but when i play it in an emulator, the tiles all become the blue tiles!
