About the mushrooms, it wasn't used in the game.
If you want to set the colors right for the mushroom, recolor it. |

Ya the mushroom is from Yoshi's island but I don't remeber it either. The curtins are not from duck tales but from a ROM that pretty much all of you probably have, SMAS. I changed the curtins to a red colour, it looks good, but I can't seem to change the mushroom's colours. I can only use 1 palette for the mushroom without changing OW colours (for some reason it does) or changing the curtin's colours. Also 2-3 palettes dont work no matter what I do to them. So the mushrooms are a light green and a second mushroom I added is a light blue. I think it looks good, but I just came up with an idea that I will go try out now! |

I wouldn't know about the curtains, but I'm pretty sure I don't remember that mushroom from Yoshi's Island.

Definitly the 2nd one, the 1st looks ugly.
I think the GFX are from Ducktales and the Mushroom is from Yoshi's Island, right?
But recolor it to red. |

Excellent suggestions everyone. Thank you. And all of your insults (for lack of a better word) on the first one made me laugh, I really didn't like it either. I originally had the curtains as brown with tinges (is that even a word?) of green to go with the level, but it didn't go over to well. The wave idea's is good I will go do that now. I think I will make it a redish brown and use your method Atma. I will change the mushroom for sure. Thanks every one. |

The second one actually looks like something, unlike the first... 
Either use blue or red for the curtains and it will look great |

The Second One for sure!
I'd say make the little mushroom thing have different colors than the curtains. Like make it green on top and brown on bottom |

The second one is better, by far. Maybe you should make it a kind of green, to fit in with the forest world in the background. |

Like the rest, I think the second is far better than the first. Try making the parts on the sides wave in and out half as often or something, it looks really lumpy or something right now. |

As everyone as said, the first one looks bad. If I were you I would use red shades on the second one, but thats just my opinion. Either way, use more color and less black. |

I would say the second one,... and for the colors, you might need to use a seperate palette for some of the Tiles (that may or may not work, because it might conflict with some of the Tiles that need the lightert color in it's palette, but you can always try it). 
For one of the palettes, you'll need the two blue colors that are already there, and a darker blue color (instead of black).
And for the other palette, you'll need need to keep the two brightest blue colors, and have an even brighter blue for your third color (instead of having the dark color)
Try that, and if it doesn't work, then I'll try to think of something better.

The second one, definitelyl the second one. The first one looks like you curropted your ROM. No offense though, and no I can't do any better.
The second is the best, altough it wouldn't hurt giving it more colours, it looks a bit too 8 colour-ish for my taste. |

Which of these two intro boarders do you think I should keep?:
This was my original boarder but I didn't like it alot. It was okay at the time but its not that great any more.
OR should I use this one:
This one I made last night. I think it looks better but what do you think?
I want to make one like atma's but thats just way to complex.
So what do you guys think? 1 or 2? I can always change the colours. |
