[Out of character - Drop your weapons, everyone! Well fought, but now it is time for the judges to decide the outcome. Once the decision is in it shall be posted in this thread, so keep a lookout. Star unbuckled hs shield while still charging Rad. He threw the shield so it would intecept the key blade. Star was almost to Rad who seemed to be waiting or something and stopped running.
"Just give me a minute I am still a little tired..."
Star leaned on his sword as he was about to pass out. The attack had used a lot of energy to use against 3 people.
OOC I know both my and Rahls attacks where a while ago, but you haven't dodge blocked or been hit by either Galax Stop for my team and Lightning Fury for the Red team. |

Noramally Star could have blocked the spell, but after using so much energy it paralised him. His armor worked against the paralisis, but it was slow.
"Lucky shot, but this isn't over quite yet."
All at once Star broke free of the spell. He was tired and almost faint by using so much energy, but he could move and defend himself. Star used everything he had left to makes a charge at Rahl with his Shield and Sword ready to combat the keyblades. |

Rad, luckly, was able to let loose his spell before the lightning hit him.
"Destiny lies in my hands! Stop movement! Galaxy Stop!"
Rad laughed lightly to himself as a wave of faint purple erupted from his hands and quickly washed over the battle ground, disrupting the lightning near him. He then whipped both his Keyblades towards Star, knowing his spell would have likely either Stopped or paralized him. |

OOC I think it is my turn....
The lightning storm completely stopped and Star jumped into the air sword above him. A huge lightning bolt struck through him and his sword destroying the roof under him.
"Ok now prepare for my strongest lightning attack! Lightning Fury!"
Star slash down towards Taffy, Rad, and Troy. About 50 lightning bolts shot from the sword as Star slashed at each one, but instead of going on a crash course with the targets the lightning bolts flew up and came down in A big lightning wave.
Star landed on the roof to the side of him, and waited for the dust to clear. |

OOC: Sorry. I think it's still technically Lain's turn to post. But I'm not sure I'll have a chance to post anytime this weekend, so...if no one minds, I'm gonna go ahead and take my turn now. If I don't, I'm afraid I'll lose it again  Again, apologies.

Heh, I can't wait to see this...guy's got pretty powerful aces up his sleeve, I'm sure.
Things were pretty quiet in the immediate area, but the fight wasn't over yet. Anything could still happen. Taffy stayed alert, making the Keyblade in her left hand reappear and keeping an eye on the ever-increasing energy buildup around Star. |

Rad simply continued to charge energy between his Keyblades. The force of the energy was enough to cause his clothes to flap as if blown by wind. |

"Hey Keyaki I hope you are ready to fight or else we aren't going to last long."
The lightning had become quciker and more intense around Star as he raise his sword into the air. lightning started striking it too and nothing seemed to happen to Star. The circle of lightning seemed to close in a little more every second.
"Ok now get ready!"

Thanks to Taffy's Techno Gospel, Rad had the speed to draw his other Keyblade and block most of Keyaki's lasers, although some still hit their mark. He ignored the minor wounds as he looked around the immedite area, and seeing no enemy, made his way towards Taffy.
"Thanks. I needed that." Without letting her reply, Rad continued. "I'm going to use a global spell, like you, but need time to charge it. Please cover me."
Rad placed both Keyblades on his shoulders and started to charge energy between the tips. The force of charging energy repeled the falling rain away from him and Taffy. |

"This is going to hurt unless I can do something fast."
Star jumped out of the water in time to avoid death from lightning, but his armor had burnt marks all over it. Star feel to the groud and landed on his knees.
"I didn't think that would happen, but I got a little trick my own."
Star dashed towards Troy, but this time stopped and the lightning started striking around him at a fast rate. He started glowing like lightning, and electricty was arching from the roof to him. |

Taffy barely had time to react to the laser shot fired at her; instinctively she raised a Keyblade and blocked the shot - but still badly singed her hand.
At about that time she'd seen Rad's Strike Raid attack, and for that brief moment, the heat was off. Taffy silently thanked Rad for his timing, and cursed herself for being so slow to react. You'd think that with a rabbit for a sensei, I'd have faster reflexes.
"Now what?" she whispered. She was in no immediate danger, but nonetheless couldn't afford to waste a moment. She needed an idea...quick...
Quick, huh? Hmmm....I've never tried to apply this technique to anyone but myself before...and I don't know if they really need the help...but I'll give it a shot... The Keyblade in her left hand vanished as she whipped the right one around once in a circular motion, catching it underneath with her now-empty left hand. "Techno Gospel!...uh...extended mix!"
The gamble worked. Taffy had cast her signature Haste/Protect spell on all three members of the Red Team.
OOC: But it still wears off after one turn. =\ (Judges, let me know if this is still somehow out of line with the rules. I mean, I've read the basics, but I don't have the experience to know what's considered acceptable and what's generally frowned upon. You know what I mean?)

"I use lightning. I use a lot of things." Troy fell to one knee, plunging the keyblade through the concrete below as if it were butter. He leapt back as all the water around him was quickly siphoned into a dense blob at its base, stumbling back as he narrowly evaded Star's lunge. He fell backwards, but not before getting out of range.
The ankle-deep water condensation tensed up around Star as the wings on the keyblade suddenly flared out. All at once, the storm seemed to intensify directly above him.
"SPIRE!" Troy cast both his hands out, sending a concentrated blast of lightning down at its dampened target. |

Keyaki, who is always on a careful watch of his surroundings, spots the Keyblade hurtling towards him. The swordsman leaps to the left, making the attack most unseuccesful. Ignoring Taffy for the moment, Keyaki spys for where the keyblade came from, easily spotting his assailant up on the roof across from him. His right eye twitching once again, Keyaki starts to run in the direction of the structure that lie ahead. Running at a rapid pace, Keyaki then leaps into the air towards the opposite building. He straightens out his wet blade, pointing it at the keyblade sniper. A low hum starts to emmit from the blade as Keyaki keeps his target in sight. The crash of nearby Thunder stifled the sound of a frenzy of lasers, which whizzed towards Rad. The hordes of lasers had obvioulsy come from Keyakis sword, for the blade was steaming with a loud hiss. Making a perfect and quiet landing onto the flooded roof, Keyaki solemnly stands watch for any other 'surprise attacks'. |

Rad quickly made his way back up the buidling, and on to the roof. However, he stayed of the sight of his opponents.
Seeing Keyaki challange Taffy, Rad silently called his Keyblades to his hands and whipped Excalibur at Keyaki with a muttering of, "Strike Raid."
OOC: Strike Raid: The Keyper throws a Keyblade at their target. After the Keyblade passes the point of contact, wither or not the target is actually hit, the Keyblade reappears in the Keyper's hand. At this point, the Keyper may throw it again at the same target for no mana cost. |

OOC 48 hours wow. I guess it is my turn.
Star jumped through the hole in the roof, but this time he landed on the roof. He looked towards Troy, who was facing him, and pointed his sword towards him.
"I see you use lightning too."
Star ran toward Troy with his sword ready and when he got within 5 feet he jumped into the air and brought down a heavy over head slash right at Troy's head. |

Troy stared blankly as the beam whizzed by his face. He shook his head, giving thought for a moment to give Taffy a hand, but she seemed ready enough to defend herself. As long as Troy wasn't noticable, he may as well have made the most of it.
He cast his arms out, tearing a black bundle of leather out of nowhere as he pivoted 180 degrees. With a loud flap it sheeted him, appearing like a camoflauging poncho many, many sizes too big. He stuck his blade into the air, its tip crackling with gathering electricity - meanwhile, he still kept a steady watch over his shoulder... |

Keyaki, unlike his partner, leaps through the hole and lands on the roof...not back into the top floor. The ex-gangster spots Taffy standing there in the rain. He glares, his eyes burning into hers and says nothing. Withdrawing his look, Keyaki points at his adversary with the tip of his blade. In a strong loud voice, he speaks:
"Let's get started."
Finished his short speach, Keyaki fires one of his small, but deadly lasers at Taffy. Once the shot has been fired, Keyaki lowers his sword, and stays where he is, in the rain. He wants to witness how fast his foe can be.
