Actually, that was one of the worst videogame movies ever made or ever to be made (that I guarantee). The only game-based movie I can think of that is any worse than Mario Brothers is *gulp*... Double Dragon. |

Sure they've problably got some worthy-enough prospects for the Samus role, but this movie's gonna suck no matter who plays Samus or is directing it, and the fact that it's being brought by the makers of Final Deshitnation alone proves that this will problably be another game-movie conversion worth missing.

Regardless of what anyone says, it will be horrible, just like (most) every other game-based movie. Games are games, not movies.
Sure they've problably got some worthy-enough prospects for the Samus role, but this movie's gonna suck no matter who plays Samus or is directing it, and the fact that it's being brought by the makers of Final Deshitnation alone proves that this will problably be another game-movie conversion worth missing. |

I just remembered about that commercial, and you know what? These are from the commercial, my bad.
But tsill this will most likely be very similar to the way the real Metroid Movie will be made, but Im betting well see Samus with her helmet off most of the time. |

They're from IGN so they're not fake.
Obviously doing some prelim work to see how everything goes if it's the movie and not a Nintendo commercial shoot... but yeah... if that Metroid movie gets off the ground, it's gonna be strange. |
