But by the looks of it, Pop has no actual interest in learning ASM hacking, so we don't even need to worry about it.

Posts: 36/206		 Kefka, have you ever heard FuSoYa share any of his "creative" ASM outside of Lunar Magic? Creative as in not the fireball data offsets and such and more like BMF's palette hacks. It's because Fu already gave us a more-than-fair share of his ASM already. Making the levels is even pretty hard to do in hex.

Even if there was, you would still need to understand what ASM is and how it works, and how you edit it. If you can comprehend all of that, then you are ready to pursue ASM hacking for SMW. And once you comprehend all of it, I'm sure friendly peoples like BMF and FuSoYa, among many others, would be willing to help you learn how to ASM hack SMW, provided you have an understanding of ASM hacking in general.

It may be a crappy tutorial, but it gets the message across

Also, isn't BlockTool specifically made for making custom blocks, which would use ASM?
