The first post didn't explain enough, but I understood with the second, I think he needs the HTML (or PHP, or whatever) to make an admin page 
Depends what exactly you want there, you can't just copy from another site or board ... but if you want an example, just think of Edit Profile here but with admin stuff instead  |

btw, I removed the <h6> in your layout, it made the text immensly small 
And please explain more, you don't make much sense.
If you mean an admin forUm on your board then you just make a new forum with a higher powerlevel required.
