Warning Warning Danger Danger Cheese alert warning will Robinson!

It would take a matrix type budget and a matrix level of dedication (martial arts experts, critical analysis of the series, making Toriyama get off his design making ass and actually helping, making Toriyama remeber, ect.) to make this thing good. and I'm thinking that instead they'll get some fruity (not that its a bad thing) art school director, no nod or even a glance at the original series, and a budget of ten mill or something. I think this movie would be painful.

but what do I know? I predicted that Spiderman 2 would do badly because they used Doc Ock. I was wrong. very wrong.

If you want to see something like a DBZ live action thing, just watch the 3rd Matrix movie, I mean it's basically the same thing fighting wise lol...

Oooo!!

I had pretty much ruled out the movie entirely at this point, when Anya comes with the save!

If done well enough, I think I might get excited over DBZ again...

holy shit.....

This is the first real proof that this movie might be a go.

Ben Ramsey LUKE CAGE has been hired to adapt the popular DRAGONBALL Z manga-inspired TV show into a feature film. The story, about an alien who was sent to Earth to destroy us but ends up as our protector against invading forces, is housed at 20th Century Fox.

Found here!!

There is still hope....unless they screw it up.

Lets hope that they don't screw this up....

It would be alot harder to make though. Im sure it could be done but come one who would pay that much money?

Personally, I'd prefer computer generated thing over a live action movie.

That way there'd be a lot less chance of them stuffing it up.

Theyve already made a live action DB movie....but I heard it was uterrly terrible. Id still watch it if I had the chance though.

Im a fan of the DBZ fighting style, as an Anime fan I know the pace is slow and the story is repetitive. The art is pretty good in my opinion, I like Toriyama!

If any of you think a live action DBZ movie wouldnt work watch Shaolin Soccer!

Aww Man!

I was really looking forward to this movie too, it would most likely end up being cheesy. But I would still like to see some Live Action DBZ style fighting.

This has been in the works for several years and though it is true that they are getting closer to a live action of this anime, if it is to be made, we're still about a few years off.
