Rom.Write(B,3);
Basically, that writes 3 bytes of the variable B. |

maybe it means, that it writes B3 to that address...thats what it looks like to me, but I dont know delphi, so im not sure, just a guess. |

Rom.Write(B,3);
is im guessing means goto the address 16251 but im not sure what (B,3) is...
