Who the hell is Phil?
I agree with Legion entirely!
I like how the are ACTUALLY fighting with style, they arent just flting through the sky with light flashes(not that that isnt totally awesome)
I think the reason I love this Anime is because of the Cowboy Bebop (My favorite anime!) feel it has and Samurais (I love Samurai!)
I only wish I could get more episodes, Ive only been able to get the first episode so far. |

Just watched the first episode. I must say, this looks VERY promising. I as well love the hip-hop theme to it. The intro and ending credits are kickass songs too.
I love the way the fight scenes are animated. You can clearly see what's going on and how each person is moving. Such a break from the whole "bunch of flashes" I'm used to seeing.
I can't wait to see how this series turns out. Mugen and Jin make an interesting combo.
Please pray for Phil because he simply MUST see this.  |

I think Ani-Kraze is the best group that's currently doing Champloo, their version is using XviD and it's pretty good. Search google for koepi and you'll find a great version of XviD ;P (I use it and it works for everything.. at least everything so far).
The only thing I really hated about ep1 was the finger breaking part.. I'm really sensitive to that kind of stuff Xo. |

Hm. How fitting. The voice actor for Mugen is the same person who does the voice for Roronoa Zoro from One Piece. |

46 hours!?! I DL my episodes in 2 hours each! wow, that must suck.
I really like this Anime....ALOT! Its no Cowboy Bebop but if it were based on "break-dancing-space-samurai" it would be the best anime ever!
I read that you have to watch the episodes over and over to truly appreciate them....so Im'a do just that! |

I am re-downloading it, but from Aoi-Anime instead. (before I had Anime Forever's version) Also, I already know what the series is about, but this torrent's only at 31 percent! 46 more hours..... |

Yeah mine too, but other than that it worked great. Im DL the second episode now and I can wait to watch it!
I thought the art style was familiar. Is it just me or are Mugen cloths a little too post modern...and did they really have sun glasses back then? |

Honestly, I never noticed that until now. Mugen looked a bit familiar to me, but I couldn't place it exactly...
As for the crashing thing, It's probably the file. My ep was a bit blurry in spots... |

I've been hearing about this anime since last year, when news of it was first released. And yea, Mugen is like Spike because Shinichiro Watanabe made this series. But I'm having the same problem as Valcion! |

I just finished watching the first episode and I love it! I never thought an Anime could mix Samurais and Hip Hop...while still keeping the Anime in Feudal Japan time period. Its un-heard of!
That Mugen guy reminds me of Spike from Cowboy Bebop alot. And his fighting style reminds me of Spike also...very awesome. I was like did he just do a side flip in mid air land on his kidney and start twirling on the floor? WTF?! |

downloaded an ep, but my stupid computer crashes everytime i load up certain avi files with certain codecs.
No clue what the problem is though. it even crashes me on thumbnail view (although that's kinda obvious there)....
I wanna see it, cause it sounds awesome. |

Has anyone else seen this? I don't think it's all that old, considering I've only seen the first two episodes in circulation,
It's pretty much your standard samurai tale, but with a bit of a urban / hip hop groove. Couple this with a samurai with a breakdancing inspired fight style, and you got yourself an anime worth checking out.
So, has anyone seen it yet? |
