Christ, Inu-Yasha is just like my damn roommate for two years. With the two hours in front of the mirror making sure his hair is perfect, etc... 
Anyway, if you have any wig/movie effects places near you (Or check some out online), your best bet would probably be to get a custom wig. note that I have no idea how much such a thing would go for, nor how much time it would take. |

Why not try to buy the hair on e-bay? Or go to a hair place and show them that pic and see if they can put extrentions in your hair. |

Hair extensions? I forget what there called but you can buy them, wigs are also an option.  |

The problem is simple: HAIR. I don't have anything around that can accurately (or even remotely) emulate such long white hair. I was thinking a mop head, but I don't think it'd be long enough. (And no, growing and bleaching my own hair's not an option, unless anyone knows how to grow a foot and a half of hair in... *counts* 52 days. )
I need this by July 17.
