Can you please add some more question marks? I think it would help me understand more.
I think he's talking about SMB, since he's made 5 or so topics on it... you probably changed an important byte for that enemy, so it crashes whenever you jump on it now. Revert to the old ones, and only change the enemies in TLP/YY-CHR/whatever, not through a hex editor. And make sure that you weren't accidently corrupting data earlier and forgot to restore the rom. A corrupted rom could have some of those important enemy bytes changed, and that sometimes leads to crashes. Also, this is why you always back up your rom
And I might be wrong, because I've never really messed with SMB... I'm just assuming this since I've hacked a few other games with similar effects. |
