Yeah I remember that...it made me think that they were just "the rest of the crap" who would be the first to die.

Remember the old Gilligan's Island theme? Marian (mariam?) and the professior were simply credited as "the rest".. hahaha, how did they agree to that?

Yea... lots of shows do it... why? Because that last guy gets so little of an appearance that they want him to have a little something that the others don't... that's my guess anyway.

Its Jason Alexander...I watch Sienfeld alot!

I was reading the box yesterday and it goes like this...

"a film by Quentin Tarentino Uma Thurman "Kill Bill"" well something like that.

Anyways coudnt it mean a film by both QT and Uma Thurman...because I know that during the filming of Pulp Fiction Uma and Quentin were coming up with the ideas for Kill Bill together so I think she got some credit or something.

How can you be a guest star in a movie?! A series, perhaps..
Especially if your name is on the title.

Plus I'm not just referring to Kill Bill, it's just an example. Didn't they do that for a special episode of Seinfeld? Alexander Jason as George? Don't tell me HE'S a guest.. XD

I think that QT is trying to say that David Carradine is a "Special Guest Star" in the film

Well, I've seen that in many movies and TV-shows, and always thought it was odd. If you think about it, when they write "Starring Uma Thurman, Lucy Liu, Vivica A. Fox, Michael Madsen, Darryl Hannah, and David Carradine as "Bill"", what they're technically saying is that they all star as "Bill".

So you finally got it. Nice job!

Ive never noticed that. We're not supposed to know the characters name until volume 2, but why wouldnt it just say Uma Thurman as the Bride?

Another fucking Kill Bill topic BY YOU NO LESS! WE SHALL BATTLE!

Um, it's an effect of sorts. It's just one style of credit producing.

I was reading the back of my Kill Bill Vol. 1 DVD (that's right), and it said Uma Thurman "Kill Bill" Lucy Liu Vivica Fox... and David Carradine as "Bill". I remember this appearing in shows I've watched too.. like Happy Days and such. Why do they do that? At the end of credits, they put the last guy with his character. I don't get it.
