Ok, because I noticed that in Level 6 (and some others), if you use a Layer 2 BG, it get's a little screwy after switching to another level and back (in Lunar Magic). It would always delete Layer 2 on me, so you never know what else it could do.
Well, anyway, I can't help you there. |

Are you using layer 2 for FG tiles (Layer 2 Mode Enabled), of as a regular BG? |

The level is on 6 which means it is too high.I can fix it but I'm got to delete one of my levels.Or I can find a way to fix it without deleting one of my levels but how? |

so it is not just colors...hm...did you touch the FG3 box in the super gfx bypass? maybe you selected, by mistake, a gfx file that contains sprites including the yoshi.
which FG3 is your level set at? (level >>> super gfx bypass) |

I was about to show the screenshot but to put the screenshot here is not working right now.So I will tell you what it looks like.It looks like rainbow colors with blocks and all colored yoshis. weird huuh.It could be a background glitch from the new version of Lunar Magic |

You've gotten all the Baby Mario graphics to work? Very impressive...I'd sure love to see some screens once you fix the problem. |
