Oh.. and you really should take a look at http://www.theprodukkt.com/ . Those guys actually crammed a cool 3d game with music and stuff into a 96kb big file.
Which hardly ever works. It looks like an amazing game though, and if they ever improved and released the compressor they use... pfft.

Very nice, though that brown repeating texture kinda makes them look...blah.

Kinda makes me want to fire up Bryce 3D again, and make some neato 3D images myself.....

The spheres are cool... And the perfect prism too.

maybe i should have described what you guys are seeing:

two spheres - two spheres in a square shoebox; the left sphere is a perfect mirror sphere and the right sphere is a perfect glass sphere

prism - a perfect prism

modified cornell box - two objects in a scene that blocks your view to the light (i.e. you can't see the light directly)

classic - just a perfect glass sphere in an open area

I sorta noticed something off in the first one too, but considering you guys wrote the engine yourself, I'd say that's pretty damn good!

Wow, that's pretty cool. I just like the way the images are distorted in the spheres and in the prism, though the prism is not very visible in that one image. I can't tell, but is the 1st sphere's distortions, distored again in the 2nd? (Do you know what I mean?)

something not very exciting but check out a few of these pictures that were all generated by a rendering engine written by me and two others.

Two Spheres

Prism

Modified Cornell Box

Classic

if you change the "PM" in the files to "RT", you will see how bad they were using a weaker graphics engine
