PAINT! lol I doubt that higly, I couldnt do that if I tried with paint...well ill fix it up, ill post the new one in a bit..
edit: Damn tidus' head.....it still looks like it was cut out....even though I keep getting rid of all the white I see...anymore and it'll look like he went to a butcher for a hair cut...

Oh yes. What's the difference between 2 and 3 btw? Both look the same.
New font, that font sucks. New color on the fonts, green and red is the worst colors ever.
As said above, fix the cutouts, even if you just do some inner glow (and please modify settings, don't just smack it on) it'll look better..
And, lastly, that background is too dull, just black with a few characters on it and a text smacked on is not that nice. I suggest you check out some tutorials that is not scanlines, that thing has been overdone, if you're going to do it, integrate it more discrete.
And I hope to god you're using something other than paint  |

While #2 is good, YOU CAN SEE HIS WHITE OUTLINE.
I suggest you fix this or else it'll look like shit. Crappy cutouts suck, really  |
