some mod chips have switches yes
I have the Xecutor 2.x something like that.....
but I don't play xbox live period... so my chip stays on 
and not sure what I'm using for an emulator
there are like 5 different ones |

Well, I can save American releases on a Europian memory card, so I think you can save Japanese files <<;
Just try it, I suppose.
I got a boot disc for my PSX, but I rather not tinker with my more expensive stuff. I have a Dutch friend who's crazy about modifying his PS2 and the likes, and he's been going through 5 PS2's so far, just because the mod chips sort of destroyed certain vital parts. Or he did it while installing said chips XD |

I've heard that is is EXCELLENT, and thats just what I plan on doing.
However, some other characters need to be unlocked, so I was still wondering if Japanese files can or cannot be saved on an American memory card... |

Do you run Evolution X on your xbox? Once I get the proper equipment I plan on doing that , and really xbox live gets boring very quickly also with a mod chip cant you just switch a jumper or a switch and boom your right back on xbox live again? |

FreeLoader... they have them at lik-sang i believe, bundled with the naruto game.

I modded the hell out of my PSX a while ago, it's nice. If I had an actual mod chip, I could replace the drive with a CD-ROM and... oh, no, I can't tell you that.  |

Im not modifying my gamecube. My X Box is one step closer to being finishe dthe jewel is now clear and Im putting lights in it next.
