you find it in the first level (Yshis island 1), the one w/ brown paletes.
Go through the level until yo find a upside-down pipe over a hole and a red paratroopa flying under it. Use the paratroopa to enter the pipe, pass a scroll level, and, OMG, U PHOUNDT IOXIZ0R!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111111 |

I am the author of this hack, so I should know. 
To find the keyhole, go down the orange pipe at the end of the level, then fly up in the next room. The keyhole is at the top.
