OCR, in its current state won't accept it, I'm sure of it.
OCR has rejected much better pieces than that.
Speaking of which, here is another remix I did, this time of the Duck Tales Moon level theme.

It's a remix of FF4's Theme of Love.
I never really finished it because Fruity Loops crashed (I can't save it either, because Fruity Loops didn't let me save the file as something that can be edited).
