Okay, I remember playing Sonic 1 often...but I'm sure there is absolutely NO WAY Marble Zone Act 1 can be completed in under 20 seconds!
There is a huge wall in the middle of the level that forces you to go underground and around. I've tried going over that wall many times, but to no avail. |

I had debug on when the 9'59"99 glitch happened. When the time hit 9'59"99, Sonic didn't die and the timer just stopped. |

0'40"00-0'59"99: 10000pts
1'00"00-1'29"99: 7500pts
1'30"00-1'59"99: 5000pts
2'00"00-2'29"99: 4000pts
2'30"00-2'59"99: 3000pts
3'00"00-3'29"99: 2000pts
3'30"00-3'59"99: 1000pts
4'00"00-4'59"99: 500pts
5'00"00-9'59"98: 0pts

Basically if you lose a sheild and or rings on that part, you screwed for the rest of the game.
But those times are pretty good, better than I could do... |
