Kwan, that's the way he draws. I suggest you look at some webcomics and see how many of them keep proportions or don't look "boxy". What I criticised was something to make his style better. Perhaps he doesn't want to draw anime.
That's what makes art great. Not everyone does the same thing. |

The whole pic needs a redraw, I honestly can't say any area of her body is done right, whereas everything seems boxy and stuff. Granted, this was drawn at school, but I suggest practising with your PC Screen filled with lots of anime CG to give you an idea of proportion and whatnot.
And boy, make her boobs bigger. No shame in drawing slightly bigger and rounder globes than what she has now, it looks small and droopy, if it wasn't for the second line hinting at a breast, I would've though that lump was just another error in the drawing
And guys, PLEASE give actual good comments and critques (I emphasize the latter) you do want to help a young artist to form, don't you? |

Hehe, I've drawn and CG'd her before. Purple hair, red dress. Although, if you PM me a pic of this "Kasumi", I'll consider.
And yes, I can't draw legs right, and it shits me up the wall like you would NOT believe. Paticuarly knees. |

Very nice. The only thing I find lacking is the legs. She looks like the top half of her is 3x older than the bottom.
Other than that, good job. CG it well. Oh, and you will give her Kasumi's color scheme. You will. |

This one requires a little explanation.
I did this at school, where my eraser is referred to in the past tense, if you understand what I mean. So, there's a few lines that would normally be erased (like the top of Pip's head under her hair) and I'm well aware that the head's somewhat big.
Still, I'm pleased, and will likely CG it sometime. |
