No. You did that backwards. C8 in hex is 200 in dec; but, 200 in hex is 512 in dec, which is what you should've entered.

Ok... 200 is C8. It looks like 4 cyan squares (empty tiles). Description: A tile-set specific tile...

did you do the hex-dec part correctly?

(put the number of the tile you want the block to be in at the hex part in your windows calculator then convert its value to dec by checking 'dec' which is in the right side of the 'hex' box, then type the dec value in the box of the block menu above the add button)

then just save (be sure your rom is opened before doin all the process) and check your map 16

OK, I saved the block into the rom, but i cant see it's description on the map16. is it there anyway? its map number 200...

You need to open the ROM before start adding block.
If you already opened it, save one lvel in LM as the message says.

you have to open your rom in b tool first.

follow these steps:

open block tool, go to File>>Open

open your rom, choose your block, do the hex-dec thing, save then go to your map16 and you should see a description of the block you inserted

How do I insert the block? It says, ASM hacks not installed, please save at least one level to lunar magic. what's that supposed to mean?
