First, should this even be in General Emulation? More like gaming to me...

I' playing mostly SNES games; playing them is fun still today and still the best video game console ever - even when emulated on a computer 
Only when I'm playing something else me (distracting from them), like when I borrowed a NGC with Zelda - TWW or games like Metroid Prime, they make me the computer remaining off more than I want usually
As for types of the SNES games I'm playing:
Mostly RPGs, peferably like Rudora no Hihou, Star Ocean, Tales of Phantasia; then strategy games with a small part of RPG elements like Front Mission, Ogre Battle and Tactics Ogre.
Also I like to enjoy good SMW hacks.
Other than that I use my old PS1 sometimes (currently playing FF8), but since I don'T emulate PSX, I don't mention the games here |

If you mean emulate, it's NES and SNES, mostly because they have great games and I don't want to emulate any system that I can just go out to the nearest store and buy, if you mean just playing, I play NES and SNES (through emulators) and Gamecube and PS2 and PS1 and GBA. I won't vote because multivoting is disabled so I can't vote for all of them. |

Lately or..all I've played is SNES. I plan on play Sega. Some old Sonic classics or something. On SNES I'm working on playing some old school FF's...still. I need to finish them. I will soon I want to get some other consoles emulated. Don't know which ones I should though. I'll figure it out soon |

I play SNES, NES, GBA mainly. Occasionally I throw in some gamecubage, PS2 or PS when I can.
My fav games: (snes) Chrono Trigger, LTTP, Super Metroid, Umihara Kawase, FFIII, Seiken Densetsu 3, Starfox, Rock n' roll racing, Killer Instinct, Mario Kart, Super Bomberman, Megaman X series (1 and 2 mainly), Super Street Fighter, GW: Endless Duel, Secret of Evermore, Utopia, Simcity, Demon's Crest, Krusty's Fun House, goddamit I should stop before this list gets too long...
nes: TMNT 1, megaman 1- 4, LoZ, AoL, Mario series (2 is my fav), Loopz, Tetris, Ducktales ( = the shit), Ninja Gaiden 1-2 ( 2 > 1 I think ), Robin Hood Prince of Thieves ( = excellent and highly underrated ), The Little Mermaid (even though I'm a guy and this was bought for my sister I'll admit this game owned), Metroid, uh again stoppage
GBA: FF tactics advance (only played it a bit and got bored though), Metroid Fusion (okay), Metroid Zero Mission (kicks Fusion's ass royally), other than that not much. Link's Awakening, Metroid 2
PS: FF7, FF Tactics, FF9, GTA2 (better than 3 IMO), Lunar 1 and 2, Chrono Cross (meh okay enjoyable at times) no other notables...
PS2: GTA3/Vice City, DBZ Budokai 1
Gamecube: Metroid Prime, Prince of Persia: SOT, Timesplitters, LOTR: ROTK (only because I got it for xmas)

I only play 2 consoles, SNES, and NES...
They have fun games, and they are easy to emulate... And they are great procrastination tools.
Edit: On a side note.... 500 posts, yay! I never even mad it to 400 on the old board, and I was around for about 150 days  |

Oh...several consoles...but the definitely favorite is the use of the SNES one for ZSNES...and repeatedly having fun stomping the crap out of most people with it online. 
I love it when it when I get beat even...I really really do. [bloated ego] Basically means that, given the game, I get to work harder to eventually if ever beat said person.
Perfectionism and gaming...[shudders and points to Japan]...zbattle.net when it was around was one way to get your ass kicked with it... |
