It's not really "legal" on Open b.net but that's basically anarchy to begin with. 
Blizzard cares a lot more if you're screwing around and using up their resources. |

Jamella's always gives me this wierd error now involving illegal offsets and some such crap. Two reinstalls wouldn't fix it, so I said "fuck it".
I've made hand axes with stats going all the way off the screen. They rock. I killed Baal on Hell at level 1 with one shot. It rocked. |

I used Jamella's back in the day. I've been playing a lot of mods lately, though, of which many are incompatible with trainers and the sort. |

Thanks, the only "legal" way to use modifide characters is on open battlenet but using it on closed battlenet it is hacking and is illegal. Anyway, I found an exelent one called Hero Editor V0.80 and it works quite well with another download called 1.10_Item_Vault_Version_1.2. When used together you can have any item you want, that includes the uber sets. The site is http://d2sector.net and thanks for the help. |

He asked for single player, therefore it's fine. Lots of people do use single player trainers/hacks to experiment with different characters.
Now if it was online, there'd be a warning and a thread close.  |

When I played Diablo 2 a long time ago, I use to use Jamella, its the best one your gonna find, you can make pretty awesome weapons and such, but if you do use it be careful, if not, you can end up corrupting your character. |

Jamela, or something. It gets you a bunch of shiny stuff that makes you undefeatable. But I think you have to download the items seperatly. And you dont really need to hack in Single player. If you decide to play Open Battle net Single Player you will basicly get stuff like that thrown at you. |

Yes I agree. At least he asked for Single player cheating and not multiplayer... 
All I know that it is easier to hack Single player than Multiplayer. But I wouldn't be surprised if they added some protection even for Single player in version 1.10.
I can honestly say that I have the expansion pack, and I also say that I hadn't played much... |

God yes, I couldn't agree more.
I got killed by some asshole online 3 days ago and I lost 100,000 gold in the process. Stupid bastard was level 23 and invincible while I was level 57 I suspect a trainer was involded  |
