Im not talking about refreshing an IFrame, I need to open a link from a drop-down box into an IFrame. Normal links are fine, I just can't get it to work in a drop-down box

On my page I have an IFrame going down the left hand side containing my site navigation, which is drop-down boxes.
When something is selected from one of these, I need the page to load in the main Iframe (called 'main'). I've tried including target="main" in the
but that doesn't seem to do anything...
