The Busy World of Richard Scarrey (sp?) for Sega Genesis. This game was just plain too weird even when I last played it when I was 9.

Harley's Humongous Adventure was definitely the stupidest I've played.

A long platformer with "goals" but they take so long to work towards you'll pass out from either boredom or frustration, depending upon your skills. You're a scientist nerd teen and you've shrunk yourself, and have to rebuild some crap to make yourself big again. I wouldn't even known of the game unless my dad hadn't taken some strange initiative to rent it for me.

Here's another winner that diehard fans of castlevania will hate: Castlevania 4, that snes one.

It was WAY boring.

1) lousy play control
2) music was repetitive and usually didn't fit the level
3) the levels were all the freaking same
4) no originality

I hated it. I used a cheat code for invincibility so i could beat the game quick. Not exactly happy with the end. Or the beginning, or middle... Just... lousy excuse for a CV game.

They can be great though, like Goldeneye.

I actually kind of enjoyed Mario is Missing but Mario's Time Machine wasn't good.

I hate those endless arrays of Game Boy games that involve collecting useless items, get points, beat boss, and you can't save. Repetitve...

All Bubsy Games after the first one. I loved the first one, a little annoying here and there, but a godsend compared to the others (including 3d ).

They had worse controll, and none of the originality of the first....Ca$h Cow.

Yeah, I guess you're right with the RPG Maker thing, but IT IS the dumbest game I've ever played, so I thought it would be worth to mention.

Doom had better atmosphere than W3D

Mind you this Net Yaroze game called "Clone" is almost as good as both of them.

I'm very surprised one game name hasn't come up yet, it's one of my fave games ever, and EVERYONE insults me for loving it so much *Sits back and sees if someone mentions it*

Yeah, but anyone can make a cruddy RPG Maker game. Although I'd think there'd be more to that game...

A Boy and His Blob was a good game. Yeah, it wasn't a deep game or anything, but it was an adventure game and pretty well-crafted. Although it was buggy...

I would have to say Minority Report. I played it and it was boring... really boring... not even based on the movie.

Do RPG Maker games count? If so, the most stupid one I've ever played was one called "Gato Maldito", which translates to something like "Damned Cat". Basically, you started inside a pretty cool house and you could search in the furniture for money, potions...etc... Then, when you exites the house, a cat started chasing you, hurting you every time you touched it. The cat moved twice as fast as you, there was no exit and you couldn't re-enter the house. It was just you and the cat, which was invincible and ended up killing you.

If those games don't count, there was a game in the GB which name I can't remember where a guy with a cap had to go collecting cacti in a really small stage with giant pac-man-like enemies that sometimes went right trough you without hurting you at all. Once you collected all the cacti, the same stage popped up again, only that now there weren't cacti, but flowers. Lame, I tell you...

A Boy and His Blob wasn't bad at all, just misunderstood. ET was pretty fucking awful, I remember getting sick of all my other 2600 games and trying ET, then 4 minutes later start playing one of the games I was sick of again. This happened every couple months. Star Raiders for the 2600 was shittier though, in fact, it was so shitty you needed a special controller for it. The Worst NES game I ever played is probably Gumshoe, a side scroller where the guy runs to the right automaticly, and you have to shoot him with the zapper to make him jump. For the SNES, I'd say Home Improvement takes the taco, helping Tim "the Tool Man" Taylor search for the missing Binford tools isn't as exciting as you would think. The shittiest game of all time, however, is definatly Corpse Killer for the 3D0. Usually anything involving zombies and killing zombies has to be at least kind of cool, but there is NOTHING good about this game. Imagine Lethal Enforcers, minus the fun, plus grainy, unconvincing actors in zombie make-up and painfully bad cut scenes with live actors playing a ditzy blonde reporter and walking stereotype of a Jamaican. Definatly the "Plan 9 from Outer Space" of video games.

Was that released for the SNES as well? I remember the game "Spider-Man and the X-Men", which I dubbed "worst SNES game ever".

Yeah, it's crap.

(And if anyone cares, the "masturbating-on-fire" game is called Burning Desire or something.

Custer's Revenge? What about that game about a guy who masturbates on a fire so he can get close enough to save a girl from the flames by making her bite his dick?

Shitty AND impossible. Custer was only shitty.

And there's always the 2600 "port" of Pac-Man. The other game that killed Atari.

Most dumbest Game ever? Must be Rampage World tour for Game Boy Color.

At first, its quite fun, but it has over 100 Levels with the exact same grafics and sound, no save and no password. So, I played till Level 30 and then turned my Game Boy off.

Sorry, but when you only have 6 weeks to build a game from scratch...
