I did have Window Blinds and Icon Packager and it was when Icon Packager expired that my Icons went all wonky. |

The thing that FreeDOS mentions is "use shadows in the icon names of the desktop". Try enabling it. If it doen't work, don't use a background image to just see if it's a problem with active desktop or anything else. When you choose an icon (clicking on it), does it change to another color or it just sits there with the same color? (Verify your select color, i know that that window theme (windows XP original theme) has a blue select color) |

Any desktop enhancer you downloaded recently ? Like ThemeXP or WindowBlinds ? |

The Wallpaper is saved to my computer and applied it from there, is there any way to fix this? |

It looks like they just have white backgrounds. I'm pretty sure this happens when you have web content on your desktop (usually meaning you have an HTML background). |

The icons on my desktop decided to just get highlighted one day and I cant figure out how to make them normal again, its really annoying me. Could someone please help me out?
